How the Extension Works
Shopping Trust Guard analyzes publicly available information on Amazon product pages (price history, seller information, review patterns) directly in your browser.
Product analysis data is processed by our backend API to provide you with Trust Scores, price history, and AI-powered review summaries. This data is not shared with third parties.
Account Data
When you create an account, we store your name, email address, and subscription status. This information is used solely for account management and billing purposes.
Payment Data
Payment processing is handled by our payment provider, Platega. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your credit card information. All payment data is processed securely by Platega.
Third-Party Services
The extension integrates with the following third-party services for core functionality:
- Platega — payment processing for Pro subscriptions
We do not integrate with any advertising systems or data brokers.
Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
